MaFLA 2009 Session Proposals

Requirements for Session Proposals
- 75-minute session proposals must not exceed 150 words.
- No more than two proposals may be submitted by any one presenter.
- All program participants, including session chairs, must be MaFLA Members and must register for the Conference.
- All presenters must be willing to furnish handouts equal to the number of seats in the room to which they are assigned. MaFLA will advise presenters in advance of the room capacity
- Online proposals MUST BE SUBMITTED BY May 30, 2009. Deadline Extended to June 15!
- Presenters must assume the cost of audio-visual equipment other than one screen.
Proposals not following the requirements will not be considered.
Rooms will be set theater style with maximum seating. Each session room will be set up with an overhead projector, cart and screen for overhead. All other audiovisual equipment is the responsibility of the presenters and must be arranged and paid for by the presenters. Presenters may bring their own equipment to the Conference. All presenters must register for the Conference and become a member of MaFLA to present; MaFLA cannot reimburse travel expenses of presenters. Fields marked in with an asterisk * are required.
