Long-Term Substitute 1.0 Middle School Spanish Teaching Position: We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic Spanish teacher to teach 5 sections of 6th and 8th-grade Spanish at Sharon Middle School from the novice-mid to intermediate-low proficiency levels for this age group. Spanish language learning involves storytelling, games, songs, and hands-on activities that motivate students to interact in the target language. The teacher would need to be innovative and comfortable with technology and be able to work collaboratively with the World Language Department in the district. Sharon Public Schools World Language Department follows the ACTFL Proficiency standards and embraces teaching through comprehensible input.
Qualifications: Requirements: Current and valid MA DESE licensure in Spanish (5-12); Ability to collaborate with a variety of educators;
