Video Submittal Information for Presenters
General Information
- Key Deadlines for presenters:
August 15, 2021 – deadline for uploading final video presentation to Box (see attachment)
September 23, 2021 - deadline for Presenter Registration. - We will be confirming with presenters shortly regarding a schedule for Simu-Live sessions for those who indicated interest. Please be on the look-out for an email in the next few weeks with more information.
- Registration for the conference is OPEN. As a conference presenter, you must register for the conference at the presenter rate by Sept. 23. Please follow this link to register: www.mafla.org/pdonline/conference-2021.
Video Submittal Instructions
- You will receive an email invitation from MaFLA to join Box shortly—be looking for it! This is where you will upload your presentation video.
- Follow the link below to dowload a document sharing general and technical information regarding your video presentation. This document will explain further details and how to upload the screencast to Box. We strongly suggest that you keep this as a reference.
- Click the link below to download the the common opening slide and closing slide to add to your presentation. Please add the title of your session and the names of all presenters on the opening slide and add this to your presentation. Please add the contact information of presenters on the closing slide and add to your presentation.
